Shipping Policy

We ship within Switzerland and to selected international destinations upon request.

Shipping costs:
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Delivery time:
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3–10 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping method:
Orders are shipped via a reliable postal or courier service.

Transfer of risk:
The risk transfers to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider.

The seller is not liable for damages occurring during transport unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

Customers are required to inspect the goods upon delivery and report any damage immediately.

 

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available by prior arrangement.

The exact location, date, and time must be agreed upon individually between the buyer and the seller.

Once the artwork has been handed over in person, all responsibility transfers to the buyer.

The buyer agrees to collect the artwork at the agreed time.
